Located on the sixth level at The Club and Spa within The Cube, this Marco Pierre White restaurant serves up a variety of Italian fare. The eatery is named after the town in northern Italy where Marco's mother, Maria-Rosa was born and where he spent holidays at this family run delicatessen. Rubbish. The girls were nasty and malicious The girl giving my massage poured hot oil in my back without telling me that it was hot We had to find out on the day of booking that the spa wasn't open yet they called it a spa day ! I won't be recommending it to no one A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT

A bit difficult to book you need option for Spa. However sorted out on third attempt. Regrettably limited times available with two weeks notice. (Hence only 4 stars). However on arrival all was fine. The young lady who did my massage was very good. The treatment lasted 50/60 which was as expected. I tipped well. They should have a guest padlock so one can leave a heavy coat in a locker and should tell people where the loo is on arrival. Lunch was adequate nothing special but my pizzeria was nice. Good experience and I shall consider returning next time I am in Birmingham on business.

Booking experience total shambolic. Must have rung and left messages about 20 times - no one answered or got back to me. I eventually booked via a different section of the spa/club and confirmation e mail showed wrong date so initial experience very disappointing However treatments and food were good so no complaints there although my friends treatment actually only lasted 40 min and not 60 and she was not partic impressed Overall worthy of what we paid but very frustrating and time consuming to actually get to book and possibly why they having to use groupon to get trade if they can even get the basics of answering the phone right! I put similar comments on their FB page and no one has commented so assuming they not that concerned about their customer service.

Very slow service, despite being almost empty. I had the burger as a main, it was obviously frozen because when you picked it up greasy water poured, and I mean poured out of it. Was never asked how I wanted it cooked, it was very rare. It was OK, BUT ONLY OK. There’s a lot of competition in the close proximity so I wouldn’t go again, nor would I want to. Very average, nothing special.
