Not really welcoming. Hardly any customers but bar said kitchen was under pressure. There were 8 people in early Saturday afternoon! Lots of competition in the city -need to seriously improve offer, ambience, decor and approach to customers if want to survive.

Took a month to book the table as no one was answering and when they did they couldn't make the reservation for whatever reason and said would call back, this didn't happen!

The menu was very limited and the atmosphere does not match the description on the website. Its a bar with no hint of a bistro. Very underwhelming for what was advertised. Would've been ok if it was just marketed as what it was.

You have an advert Friday offer on a bottle of prosseco which is framed on one of your walls , when I asked the waiter if it was available he was very rude and said no ! Service was slow I felt the menu for tapas was too small your offer for 6 tapas to the value of £4.95 when you only have 3 dishes at £4.95 is very miss leading. We sat near the door and you get a gush of wind when the door opens even though you have 2 main doors. Feel the bar needs a better identity as to what you are trying to do . Whilst the staff are present feel they are very young and inexperienced I will not be back to your bar there are far nicer tapas and cocktail bars in town
