Really friendly and seeing as it was a cold day we had toasted sandwiches instead of just normal ones. The little cakes were lovely and the scones were big, warm ones with plenty of clotted cream or butter and jam.

Omg how funny, this place is a little typical cheap cafe off of a major round about. Not what i expected!!! I bought this for my birthday treat and it was hilarious but disappointing. It's a little rough & dingy inside & although the food was ok, it was certainly nothing special. It was a shock when we turned up! Most people buy an afternoon tea for a special occasion or a nice treat, this was not special or a treat at all! If it wasn't such a cheap deal I would have asked for my money back.

6 tiny frozen cake not to my taste, 6 quarter sandwiches but to be fair lovely fillings. A nice large scone with jam &clotted cream, let down by the margarine also served with them. Fab staff. But I have to say if I'd been served all apart from both scones for 1, I wouldn't have struggled to eat it all

Please don't be fooled by the picture as you get nothing that resembles that. The owner and staff were lovely people but unfortunately the Afternoon Teas at other better known establishments are far superior and worth the extra money.

Fantastic friendly personal service. The owner/manager was asbsolutely fantastic, really made the place. Me and 5 girlies had afternoon tea which was delicious and plentiful and the service was second to none. We were not rushed and stayed there for 1.5 hours. Would definitely go there again.
