It would be great to know how each dance move helps which part of the body before going into the dance sequences - especially if you're new to a class as that will help to understand the benefit of each exercise. Time permitting it would also be good to be taken through the steps for newcomers (where appropriate) before doing the dance exercise routines as it's a little confusing if you haven't got a clue what to expect. It is an enjoyable class and i've no doubt i'll pick up the routines as I go the more I attend. Love the high energy teacher too. Very motivating. Thank you. Am looking forward to the next session.
