For the past 30 years, the team at Toby Carvery have been on a mission to bring British roast dinners nationwide. All meat is sourced from UK grass-fed or free-range farms that meet Red Tractor standards. Every day, each Toby Carvery restaurant lays on a family-sized feast. Tender, slow-cooked meats, eight lots of freshly-prepared veggies, including crispy, ruffled roasties, and freshly-made Yorkshires served crisp, fluffy and piping-hot. Vegetarian and vegan options are on the menu for those who leave meat off their plates, and a wide range of drinks can be paired with the dishes for a boosted indulgence. A kids menu and all-you-can-eat breakfasts are also available.
A lovely meal at Toby carvery, as much or as little veg as you like, meat cooked to perfection. Drinks are a little expensive but they have to make up for the meal prices somehow.
Food great but had run out off wine due to high demand. Could only offer us ladies a pint of beer or shandy. We would have been happy with a half pint but they were not allowed to do that. We found that a little strange.
Good choices of meat and vegetables - asked for fresh potatoes as the ones on show had been there some time and they were replaced.
Food was good, hot and fresh.Waiter was good
Food good, choice of vegetables.
A lovely meal. Good choice of meats and vegetables, all well cooked. It wasn’t just the usual peas, carrots, cauliflower, there was also creamed spinach, braised onions, a delicious potato and carrot dish and braised red cabbage. I could, actually, just have had the vegetables and really enjoyed the meal!
The Yorkshire puddings are enormous as well.
The staff were really friendly and helpful as well.
Food was just ok poor portions of meat
