When a customer calls to book a rental, why tell them they have to send an email with dates etc?! It's stuped ! And even after that i still have to call back to run up on my booking because I haven't received confirmation. So I get through now he tells me he will send a confirmation email!. Three days later no email. All I want is to book a rental for a week!

My partner bought me a 3 day car hire with Wyse Cars using the Groupon voucher. She emailed Wyse Cars with the details of when I would be collecting the car and spoke to them on the phone. When I went to collect the car a very unhelpful man said they had never received my partner's email. My partner called them later to contest this and they said that they had found the email. They also told her that I could come later to pick up the car but I couldn't pay by credit card, it would have to be by cash or BACS transfer. They had previously told her that I would need a credit card for payment. By then it was too late. I had had to make other transport arrangements. Their yard itself looked like a badly organised garage with cars in a bad state. Not like a hire car place at all. The man serving was very unhelpful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! We are going to ask Groupon for a refund.

Avoid this company like the plague. Staff were useless, car was falling apart. £300 deposit which you get back after 28 days, only you don't. Despite countless phone calls, letters, emails etc, they accept they need to return the deposit but simply refuse to do so. Have now taken legal action to get the deposit back and it's in the hands of the courts. Don't use this company unless you are good friends with a solicitor. Have advised Groupon and they don't care. Be warned!

Never use this company - totally unprofessional and unsavoury practices. I wasted my time and money attempting to redeem my voucher, with the only options given to me that I hand over a large cash deposit for a broken car. Groupon should be embarrassed to be associated with such a company.

I am terribly disappointed - so over Wise Carz Ltd as Groupon because Groupon didn't check this Company. Wise Carz Ltd is a very odd Company. They gave me an old, broken, neglected and dirty car - Chevrolet Matiz. The office on this address: I am terribly disappointed, so over Wise Carz as Grouponom not to check which companies participate. Wise Carz is a very odd business. Rent gave me an old, broken, neglected and dirty car - Chevrolet Matiz. The office on Westcombe Park is a kind of a container and most car are broken and neglected. Two young girls who are employed there do not know anything or do not know how to answer on questions which customers ask them. The car which I received was technically dawn, dirty from the outside and inside, with torn seats and floors, rusty parts and mudguard, which almost fell off. Tyres were old and what was most threatening - car was not insured!!! Never more Wise Car !!! I am considering a lawsuit ...

The car received was a bit small. However for the price it was a bargain. A bit disappointed with the deposit taking 28 days to be refunded. But the car was perfect and and I would use these people again.

In the first place they refused my car booking request telling me that the first car available would be after the 6th of June. Some days later I called them again and the car was available for the 4th of June. Very disorganised on their booking schedule. Secondly the car I rented is not road worth it. The 5th gear didn't work at all and although I called to let them know about it they didn't offer me to change the car. The car was dirty outside and inside and plenty of dust. They ask to hold my 300£ deposit for 28 days instead of 20 days as written on the groupon voucher. Not professional service. Very disappointed.
