It took 4 hrs to complete the service. There was no communication as to why it was taking so long. It turned out they couldn't get hold of the correct oil filter for my car, even though I booked 2 wks ahead and they knew my car model. And when paying the extra £15 surcharge as my car needed specialist oil, they charged me £3 extra as I paid by card! Not happy to say the least.
