not organised with regards to Groupon coupon, seemed like it was a disappointment to have a customer with a coupon. Employee kept the coupon on my first appointment, when called few weeks later to make second appointment, the coupon "could not be found" and " i was not on their system" as a customer. Seems a real struggle to give me a second appointment, and was asked to reprint the coupon for my second appointment. the treatment was painful both time, (had it before at another salon), never felt like that before. Treatments were done by 2 different employees. will not go back there.
