Owners of treatment place provide the worse booking service ever, they mess up, they don't fix it, twice. We insisted on compensation and even that they got messed up. Don't know how their staff put up with it as we weren't the only ones complaining about the bookings by the owners. Could never go back as not a relaxing enough environment when you know they will keep messing up. Which is a shame as village hotel was the opposite - fantastic.

THEY HAVE NOT BOTHERED REPLYING VIA EMAIL FOR MAKING AN APPOINTMENT, DESPITE PROMISING ME TO MAKE 2 APPOINTMENTS BEFORE THE END OF AUGUST 2014. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OTHERWISE IT IS BREACH OF CONTRACT AS NO SERVICES HAVE BEEN PROVIDED YET, DESPITE TAKING MY MONEY.

This Hotel is OK if you want to spend time in a large swimming pool with dozens of kids and nowhere to sit down. Definitely not a relaxing spa day. Also shower room ceiling covered in mould

Spa area was good. Bit bizarre to have to leave hotel and walk along to a separate building for massage. Massage therapist unprofessional. Didn't introduce herself. Stood beside me while I undressed for massage. Did the same with my husband. Massage itself ok not great. Bit perfunctory. Could here people chatting in other rooms and corridor. Girl sniffed regularly throughout our massages.

Deeply dissatisfied despite three phonecalls they were unable to direct me to the correct venue. the postcode was incorrect and there were no instructions on their holding website. I was offered use of the pool but not the massage, I did not want to use the facilities as I am a member of a local gym and pool. deeply deeply dissatisfied will not be recommending here to anyone.

The spa at the hotel is not great - the pool was full of kids having swimming lessons when we went, but the hotel pub was great! The Medispa where we had the massage was lovely

1st class gym and spa. Staff are friendly and helpful, so easy to talk to and anything they are able to help with, they do with positivity. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Keep up the good work.

Whereas the actual massages were of a very high standard, the organisation of the company leaves alot to be desired. I went as part of a group, 2 of the party members were given their massages 30 minutes late because there were not enough of the health forms printed off.
