Despite having purchased a Groupon Voucher, we have been unable to use it due to the merchant being un-helpful & inflexible when asked if we could simply re-arrange an appointment by a couple of days. They insisted that this was apparently a 'cancellation', which required 72 hrs notice and said that if we couldn't make the original appointment we would have to purchase another voucher or pay in full. From our point of view this was not a cancellation, as we still wanted the appointment only to be changed to the next available time. We were very disappointed as this was a 10 year Wedding Anniversary treat booked for my Wife and I which we have now not been able to enjoy. I hope that after reading this they would reconsider there view and offer us another appointment or at least be more flexible when customers honestly would like to change there appointments, giving reasonable notice. Thank you!
