You should try to avoid running out of menu items and a warmer room would be more comfortable as keeping a thick coat on is not really an ideal way to dine out. The groupon idea was the perfect opportunity to get new customers and referrals from them but sadly the opportunity has been lost.

On your reviews I noticed people say how large your portions were, I feel they were small as containers were not full. Apart from that the food was good

Make the place look appealing, clean the tables so when guests arrive it look tidy, service needs improving, we weren't made welcome or asked if our meal was okay, there was a long wait between courses, we had to get up and get ourselves the menus to look at deserts as we weren't being served.
