I hope you're ashamed of yourselves. I don't know if the no-shows were due to overbooking, or because you're intentional con-artists, but the excuses you gave me were shady and your attitude was downright rude. As you kept putting the date of my appointment back, I was too late to claim a refund from Groupon. This whole thing put me off Groupon.
