Excellent customer service. Very pleased with my haircut from Jack and the owner Zar was very friendly and happy to help. I will be sure to return the next time I am in Brighton.

I phoned and advised printer not working they took the code numbers off me on the phone. and said I could just come in the following week. When I turned up the next week they said that I needed the voucher ?????I explained the phone call I had the week before and no-one admitted taking the call. They are completely bonkers and rude and very unfriendly never go there again a really bad atmosphere.

You need to remember that when a customer comes to you, especially for the first time, they need to be assured that you are going to do the very best for their hair. The implications for getting it wrong as you must know can be devastating or just down right disappointing and a waste of money. I watched the lady before me leave with hair colour that clearly did not suit her colouring-you recommended it! And let her put her coat on in the middle of her cut instead of shutting the front door! I left with hair that felt half finished and frizzy, went straight home and washed it! Ask questions, like how long do you spend on your hair, do you use products,how would you like me style it? Welcome customers with a smile and some energy it's so important that first 5/10 minutes to earn their trust with potentially their best asset. I wish you the best and I do hope you take what I've said on board. Your salon is beautiful and unique but you need to work on looking like you love your jobs! (Especially the younger one of you two, and not the apprentice )
