My son had a Groupon voucher, which I bought for him for his birthday, He couldn't make up his mind what to buy (spoilt for choice!) but when he tried to purchase his chosen shirt, online, on the closing day of the Groupon deal, in the morning, his request was refused and a message appeared telling him the deal had closed! We both tried several times , but each time, the purchase was refused. I assumed, when I bought the deal for him that the final day of the deal in question was actually the day and date stipulated. If we had known that the closing day was not actually the day stated on the Groupon deal, then I would not have wasted my money and raised Callum's hopes. I have emailed your Customer Support team, but neither I nor Callum have had any reply. I would appreciate an answer as to why the voucher was rejected - either reply to myself, or to Callum at: Callum.email@example.com. I have also complained to Groupon.
