Enchanted Christmas was a total waste of money. No atmosphere, very busy but hardly anything to see or do. Santa's appearance was short, just answered a few questions from some children and sang Jingle Bells, no gift for the children, not even a penny sweet!! Won't bother again, very disappointed.

Everything was good apart from santa was a real let down as he only had 15mins per group not even per child and they couldn't sit with santa have pictures or tell him what they wanted.this was the only place we took our kids to see santa this year so let us down a bit but the North Pole made up for it!!

We were left disappointed by the enchanted Christmas event. It felt like a lot of walking around a dimly lit zoo between very short attractions such as 5 minutes singalong with Santa, a brief walk through with some actors, and a lady reading a story from a book. It was not ideal for my young son who found the walk through with the actors quite scary and was disappointed by the very few animals that you could actually see. We felt more could of been made of this event

It was disappointing because it did not say when booking , that no animals would be available to see. We imagin d there would be floodlights to allow us to see the animals . Only suited to those with very young children .

The enchanted Christmas was not worth the money. Only access to the insects, snakes & bugs, no real animals. There was loads of building work going on, which caused a lot of confusion. The reindeer were on their own, nowhere near Father Christmas and they were in the dark, so you couldn't see them and were told not to use flashes on your phones, so you couldn't take pictures of them. The storytelling and Father Christmas were stuffed into a very small room and hundreds of people were trying to get into it and it spoilt the experience. Also, the journey to the North Pole ride was easily 150 people long, so we had to give it a miss.

Didn't realise at point of booking that nearly none of the enclosures would be open. Only saw one monkey the entire time we were here.

My wife & I took our 4yr old son & had a great night. But if I'm honest I'm glad I paid the Groupon price of £10 each rather than the regular entry price of £20 each(way too much for what was on offer). However, Queues move quickly & wait times were minimal. My son loved the entertainment & although we didn't see him Santa was reasonably priced. Unlike the food & the overpriced tat in the gift shop, both of which were extortionate. To sum up: Would I go again? Yes, we had a good night, but glad I only parted with £30 for it, not worth the asking price of £20 per person.
