Having travelled 30 miles to collect the products, the clinic wasn't open until 12.30. I had to wait 2 hours and then they refused to give me the products bec I was 2 days early, claiming that although they had the product on the shelves what I had paid for via groupon would be different, although their stock had the same name product by product, so they couldn't let me have their stock. I explained I was flying overseas the following day, but they would not budge, I had to pay £5 postage, the package arrived whilst I was overseas so I had to travel to my collection depot to collect in, on the outskirts of town not serviced by bus and I don't drive. The packaging was damaged and was supposed to be a gift for my mother. Disappointing service
