From Our Editors
Conveniently located in central Bristol, this traditional pub offers an array of award-winning pies, lighter bites and freshly brewed coffees. A well-stocked bar, featuring a chunk of the old city wall, serves an array of seasonal and speciality brews, while a heated outside area lets the customers take in a bit of fresh air with their pint, even on the chilliest of evenings. There is also free Wi-Fi, and the pub regularly hosts theme parties, such as bring-your-own-vinyl nights and rock-and-roll bingo games.
This is a very small venue with very little seating.
It's more of a drinking pub than a food pub.
Our food was prepared behind the bar using a microwave.
I don't think they should offer food. They should stick to what they do best - drinks!
The barman was pleasant, service was good.
Friendly staff and good food.
Great beer and nice pie. Small imitate place with a friendly atmosphere.
A nice meal. Pieminister pie, Mash and gravy. Only 3 to choose from though. Very small inside so you may have to sit outside.
