Plas Meirion Cookery school was established in 2020. Our Chef, Damian Hughes has had an exciting career, working in a number of high quality restaurants and establishments across the country, including running the kitchen in an exclusive private members club in Mayfair, and becoming one of the private chefs to the Lord Mayor of London. We would now like to take this experience and allow people of all experience levels to be able to cook dishes like a professional. We aim to make your experience very hands on, and you will learn and cook everything on the day that the chef does. You will be guided from start to finish in small groups so that you receive the best possible experience.
