A bit disorganised at check-in. No organised queues. There were 3 supposed queues - 2 for chec in and 1 for customer services. One queue in check in had on over booking problem which seemed to take forever sorting out. The 2nd check in lady was seeing to customer service issues and so was the 3rd queue
Very frustrating. Also frustrating the next day when having been in a queue for the swimming pool for 20 mins was told we couldn't go in because we hadn't booked. Lastly, we did not manage to get a table in the entertainment venue on any evening.

Rooms are too small and dirty. Swimming pool is cold, slide wasn't working and the staff couldn't be bothered to put the fountain on. Takeaway food always tasted like it was reheated. No ball pit!
