I bought this voucher for my sisters dog Oscar as he enjoys swimming. Oscar came to use the pool on Thursday & my sister couldn't speak more highly of the experience he had. Even though she was very embarrassed about Oscars little accident! I believe she has now booked for Victor & I have recommended K9 to two other dog owners already.

The staff were lovely and friendly and I wish them all the best in this venture. I am sure most dogs will be fine in this pool, but unfortunately not for me. Also, full price is dearer than other pools.

Very unorganised had to wait over 10 minutes for anyone to open up the premises, no idea who the trained hydro therapist was had to ask for a toy to get my dog in the water , the ramp seemed very narrow and to high for the dogs to get out of the water ,my dog was told to stay in the water as she was making a mess. Sorry but would not recommend this to anyone

A fantastic place to go with your dog, the people there are very friendly and handled my dog very professionally I will defiantly be taking my dog back there for his next groom. WELL DONE. Koda's mum.
