Really unimpressed at the service - even more so that you took the money and ran off with it. Groupon are refunding me but I read that this is a frequent occurrence.....

Was informed of a date and time and no one turned up but once I contacted them asking for an explanation it appears they did not receive my confirmation of date email but it was sent,? Fortunately they turned up the following day as all rooms had been cleared ready for the clean.
