I purchased four vouchers for afternoon tea from Groupon and thought this would be something nice to do with family and friends. I cannot fault the afternoon tea itself, although staff sometimes act as if you want something for nothing when you ask for extra tea! My main gripe and it was for a lot of customers was the uncleared tables piled high with crockery etc. some from other tables to allow you to sit down. When tables were cleared they are not sprayed or wiped clean. We had to ask for a cloth to wipe our own table.Either more staff are needed or the staff there need retraining. The food itself was nice but the surroundings were not and this problem needs to be addressed as it spoilt our afternoon out.
