Situated in Fitzrovia, Luxe Nails Hair Beauty presents customers with a wide array of pampering services. These range from haircuts, manicures and pedicures, to facials and eyelash extensions. Waxing treatments on different areas of the body are also available.
The staff in here are rude and obnoxious and care very little about their customers.
Waited over an hour even though I had an appointment booked. Pedicure was very standard. No apology received.
The person doing my pedicure didn’t know anything about how to do neither spoke English. He washed my feet to then start painting my toes nail without any scrubbing or cutting my cuticles.
I will not recommend this salon at all.
Inexperienced and untrained staff. My lash extensions lasted three days they all started to fall out. Point
Lovely salon, Donna was a pl
Pedicure was adequate (not perfect round edges, and feet aren’t all that smooth), but the service was poor - quite rude and surly, and rushed as they seemed understaffed.
Waited half hour and was then asked to sign a disclaimer that said "patch test not needed". i wasn't offered one prior to the appointment and didn't want to reschedule to come back. She refused to do the eyelashes unless I signed the disclaimer.
Managed to finally get a refund after lots of hassle.
Half an hour late for lashes and had double booked. 90 mins later the treatment felt rushed and only took 20 minutes - One day later and i’m already having lashes fall out and they look worn already. unhappy with the service
Luxe Nails Hair Beauty provided the worst Groupon manicure I've ever had, for the simple reason that it wasn't a manicure, it was a mere polish/varnish. I had bought the Gel mani and pedicure deal; while the guy spent considerable time (45 min) on my feet, smoothing out rough and removing dead skin, Donna only used a rough nail file for 5 minutes and was then poised to start painting over the sawdust that had collected everywhere on my hands. When I asked her to take off nail skin and even out the look / length of my nails, as you would exepect from a standard manicure, I was told I had to pay extra to get a "deep clean".
I was not happy with the service I received at this salon, and find the wording used in their advertising deliberately misleading.
If you're ok with a mere varnish, then this deal is a cheap option. If, however, the word manicure means a little more to you, like it does to me, then I advise you not to use Luxe Nails Hair Beauty.
