Part of my food was still frozen, only good thing about it was the dessert, also we still had to pay £31 so made it over £60 for a meal for two which I felt was expensive especially as the food wasn’t good
The food was actually really good and a bit different to the norm. However I regret doing a groupon offer as I feel there set menu would have worked out a much better deal
The restaurant was fine, the groupon offer not so; we could have had a perfectly good meal from their fixed priced menu and paid similar.
Very poorly for customer service. Didn't even get a chance to sit down and eat. Bought this for my dad and mum for Christmas and they was turned away because "there isn't four of you" why that matters? They travelled half an hour for the meal. Also told that "this isn't the first time this has happened" so I imagine there's other people who have experienced similar service. Very rude staff.
waiter ordered wrong food wasnt until we had eaten half of it that I relised we didnt order chips, our steak should have come with potatoe cake , ww ordered filet steak but got a cheaper cut, also one was asked to be medium rare but they were both well done , on complaining the waiter showed us what we had ordered which was the cheaper cut , so he had written our order wrong , no money was taken off and no apology, we ordered a bottle processo costing £29.99 ( our choice ) so that was the grouopn vouher gone
been to this resturant before but wont return now
Lovely and good quality food.
Good tasty food. Nice to try something different. Pleasant atmosphere.
Lovely food and great puddings.
Also great set price menu which I preferred to the choices with voucher.
