I am disguised at service I was left waiting outside for half an hour for my appointment no body let me in then they cashed in my voucher saying I had recieved a massage I had not !! I would like a refund what an utter waste of time

Yes, I have not redeemed my groupon. I am currently awaiting it to be sorted. No therapy and no refund as yet!!!!

I did not get to use my voucher. On the day my massage was due I had a call from them to say there had been some confusion with groupon and I needed to contact groupon to get a refund. I have since emailed groupon but not heard back yet so at the moment very dissatisfied with the service and would appreciate being contacted soon.
