Worst hair cut I've ever had! Salon was filthy with no electric in one half so there was a small candle in the toilet as lighting! Freezing cold. No reply to my emailed complaint.

The eyelashes started to fall out just a couple of hours after I had them applied and they had all fallen out within 4 days!

Colour is nice but cut is not as I wanted, it's cut above my jaw line, so too short, it does not taper from back to front and looks line you put a basin on my head to cut it, layers at the back are totally uneven

Front desk staff were unfriendly and unprofessional.
Talking about clients very openly.
The salon was very uninviting, tired, dirty, grimy, quite unappealing.
The beauty salon was reached by negotiating broken tiles, exposed taps and
Pipework, walking down a dirty dark hallway, then expecting to lie on a faux fur
Rug with a cushion that is shared by everyone - it was gross & unhygienic.
No, not going back, ever. Shame as my lashes were nice, but only lasted a few
hours.

I arrived on time for my appointment, but the beautician took a walk in customer who wanted eyebrow threading in before me, without even asking if I minded. She refused to tint my eyebrows or lashes as they are already dark (I have had this done before and it was included in the price of my Groupon) and declined again when I asked her after my extensions were done if she would tint my bottom lashes. The beautician didn't introduce herself, and her nails were in need of some treatment of their own, which doesn't inspire confidence in a beauty salon. This really was a very disappointing experience and I would not return.
