Classical singing brothers Richard and Adam Johnson get to reconnect with audiences after an illness affected their concerts last year. Hailing from Holywell, North Wales, these brothers performed in Britain's Got Talent before releasing their debut album The Impossible Dream, which spent four weeks at Number 1 in the charts, going Platinum with over 350,000 sales in the UK alone. The brothers have performed at Radio 2 in Hyde Park, singing to an audience of 45,000, and have been raising money and awareness for many charities including Dementia UK and Cancer Research, and have performed at care homes around the world.

Dreadful lack of organisation. Huge queues at the event. Many people complaining. Prices extortionate. Wrote letter of complaint to Orchard but no response from them. Disgusting.

it was a good event just not enough stalls selling food and drink by far. waiting 2.5 hours for a drink is just outrageous - thank goodness it was not a hot day!

Ques for refreshment ruined it,as the ques were encroaching the sitting area, hence spoiling it for people trying to enjoy the artists.

The whole thing was a disgrace they should be ashamed of themselves. Not allowing chairs , food or drink to be taken in. People queing for food and drink for up to 2 hours at extortionate prices and then running out. The acts were good.

The music was fab. Unfortunately the bar and food situation was dire. Bar queues of 2 hours and food queues 1 hour plus. As they didn't allow you to bring your own food and drink they should have thought more about the demand for both. Also, transport at the end of the festival was chaotic. Overall, Orchard Entertainment have got a lot to answer for!! Definitely wouldn't attend this event again unless things changed dramatically!!

Underestimated demand to extent there were 1.5hr queues for bar and 1-1.5 hr queues for food, meaning majority of people missed a massive amount of the concert. The Disabled platform was in the wrong place meaning there wasn't enough space for everyone to see the acts. Poor lighting on way out of venue meant my friend fell over. I didn't use the transport they pushed people into using but I am told it generated even more queues. Lessons need to be learned for next event.

Awful organisation and management. Total rip-off prices. Would actively avoid any event hosted by Orchard entertainment.

Di not go!!!! Ridiculous queues for alcohol( up to an hour and a half!!) and very expensive!! Food queues better ( only half an hour) but £17 for fish, sausage and two portions of chips is outrageous!!! Thought there would be more to do besides the acts( who were very good) Needs more thought into the way it is set out i.e. alcohol sold at more than one central outlet to disperse long queues. Smuggle water and drinks in is my tip, save yourself a lot of money !!!!

Took 1 1/2 hours fir my husband to get drinks. Very poor bar set up, so he missed 2 artists after buying 2 rounds of drinks.
