I didn't feel the service was as professional and organised as it could be. The therapist did not introduce himself to me on the first visit (and infact was unaware it was my first visit) and did not recall me from one visit to the next. Whilst I appreciate they deal with alot of clients I felt notes should be made on each visit which should be referred to prior to the next appointment. The meeting rooms were cold and the seating not appropriate for reclining.
