SOS Kitchen offers clients a range of healthy eating options from their Cardiff-based eatery. The restaurant is headed by National Chef of Wales semi finalist John Quill, who has has over 25 years experience as a personal chef and consultant to teams and athletes. John aims to provide delicious, healthy, fresh and balanced meals to help compliment diners' physical goals. Customers can choose from an array of breakfast and lunch dishes, as well as a selection of smoothies, coffee and homemade cakes also on offer.
