For two or four hours, budding chocolatiers will decorate a range of treats such as chocolate truffles, available at over ten locations
What You'll Get
One or two cocoa-enthusiasts will first settle down for a brief history lesson on the delectable sweet treat during this two or four-hour class. Participants will learn about the bean-to-bar process and handle some organic cocoa beans, and pick up tips on how to correctly taste chocolate with a range of samples available. Guests will watch a sweet-making demonstration before getting stuck in themselves, hand-piping and decorating a selection of desserts including chocolate lollipops, marbled chocolate shards, and chocolate ganache-based truffles. Lessons are available four days a week from 9am, in 13 locations nationwide from Glasgow to Southampton.
