Run by former BBC Radio Wales chef Kash Aminullah, The Fryery is a modern fish and chippie. In addition to traditional fish and chips, chefs also serve up kebabs, barbecue chicken and Indian delicacies such as samosas and bhajis. The eatery strives to use sustainable ingredients for its dishes, including North Sea Atlantic cod. Guests can eat in at the Cardiff restaurant or order a takeaway.
