For the past 30 years, the team at Toby Carvery have been on a mission to bring British roast dinners nationwide. All meat is sourced from UK grass-fed or free-range farms that meet Red Tractor standards. Every day, each Toby Carvery restaurant lays on a family-sized feast. Tender, slow-cooked meats, eight lots of freshly-prepared veggies, including crispy, ruffled roasties, and freshly-made Yorkshires served crisp, fluffy and piping-hot. Vegetarian and vegan options are on the menu for those who leave meat off their plates, and a wide range of drinks can be paired with the dishes for a boosted indulgence. A kids menu and all-you-can-eat breakfasts are also available.
Good food and excellent service at rhoose branch
The carvery food was fine (the meat, some vegetables) to average (the other vegetables). What really spoiled the meal was the fact that 'a drink' was included in the offer - but we were told that neither red nor white wine was available (as had been advertised). We had already purchased white wine in the bar before the meal, so it was only the "offer wine" that had "run out". For goodness sake! (was there no notion that the wine was running out some time in advance? No flexibility to substitute other wine?).
Really good value. Food was good but only complaint is was cut a slice of beef etc but when U said I would have other meats as well as per the advert!! She cut my beef in half!!! So wasnt impressed with that. Otherwise lovely veg and gravies.
