very unhappy. do not buy if you have a child that may get ill or if you work shifts that may get changed at short notice. the salon have now marked my voucher as being used when i have not received the product i have paid for. I cannot claim a refund due to this. no compassion or understanding from the salon and i’ve now lost money because of an unavoidable serious event

Fab place,very friendly,listened to me about my colour & cut and both came out as I wanted in sooper speedy time,will defo be back for my follow up appointment in a few weeks.
