First opened in Soho in 1926, Patisserie Valerie follows artisanal baking traditions brought to London by Belgian-born Madam Valerie, whose mission was to introduce continental patisserie to the English. Now boasting over 120 venues nationwide, the company adorns its cafes with a 1950s-inspired decor and serves up an array of freshly made cakes, craft pastries, breakfasts, lunches, coffees and loose-leaf teas. Their specialities include meticulously crafted croissants and viennoiseries, as well as homemade Italian-style gelato.
The recipient and guest thoroughly enjoyed their breakfasts at Patisserie Valerie (Southend). Very tasty made with quality produce.
Their Afternoon Tea was great - too much for us so we took it home in a box! The waitresses looking after us were delightful.
Excellent quality and value for money
Highly recommended, polite, friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere, great choice of food and drinks amazing brunch menu and the afternoon tea is awesome!
The service was excellent but the hot drinks were like warm and then the food was the same.
Excellent service, polite and friendly staff, amazing food lovely ambience. Highly recommended.
The different Patisserie Valerie restaurant venues vary quite a bit. We have enjoyed Groupon Afternoon tea at the Hove and Chichester restaurants and Chuchester is much better. There was no difference in the tea or service but the Hive venue felt rather run down.
Excellent service, Manager of Chichester branch faboukous Customer Service skills. Cakes are lush & afternoon tea is a definate to try you’ll love it
Bought this voucher for my elderly father and family friend. They went to Chichester Patisserie Valerie and tell me they had a lovely time.
