Situated in the heart of Colerne, The Six Bells is a 17th-century coaching inn which aims to serve up creative meals carefully paired with wines, local ales and ciders. The establishment strives to provide a warm and relaxing atmosphere with open fires to cosy up next to during the colder months and a sun-bathed garden for al fresco dining in the summer. The head chef at The Six Bells Inn, Joe Costa, used to work on yachts and fed superstars such as Catherine Zeta Jones, Michael Douglas and Claudia Schiffer. When in Antigua, he fell in love with a girl from Colerne, and decided to settle on shore. The restaurant holds Trip Advisor's Certificate of Excellence, see more here.
