First opened in Soho in 1926, Patisserie Valerie follows artisanal baking traditions brought to London by Belgian-born Madam Valerie, whose mission was to introduce continental patisserie to the English. Now boasting over 120 venues nationwide, the company adorns its cafes with a 1950s-inspired decor and serves up an array of freshly made cakes, craft pastries, breakfasts, lunches, coffees and loose-leaf teas. Their specialities include meticulously crafted croissants and viennoiseries, as well as homemade Italian-style gelato.
staff very helpful and friendly
Great food great service - whats not to like - thank you Valeries
Great food and great quick service!
This is a great value experience. Afternoon tea which is available from midday onwards, including unlimited regular hot drinks.
Delicious cakes and sc
lovely afternoon tea. A real treat. Only complaint was tea was too weak. Had to ask for another t-bag. But apart from that, lovely!
We went to Chelmsford one and the service was amazing. Made to feel important, even though we had a voucher.
Excellent selection, the afternoon tea with endless coffee and tea is a bargain
There were no mini cakes left, our table of 6 people received the afternoon tea in groups of 2. 4 of us had finished before the remaining 2 received their food. One of the Latte coffees ordered did not have the syrup we asked for. A bottle of water ordered never arrived. Sandwiches were tiny with very little fillings. Not very good value for money at all.
Friendly helpful staff and delicious afternoon tea. Unlimited pots of tea ( unlike another mean provider of afternoon tea who provides knew cup and charges highly for further cups)
Much enjoyed and highly recommended thank you
