The accommodation wasn’t as described and was not of a high standard for cleanliness ...
The evening meal was very good though sadly breakfast wasnt...
Scruffy unfriendly overpriced wouldnt ever go again.
Having stayed here for one night in September, we certainly won't be back. There wasn't a mattress protector on the bed. The TV was that small you needed binoculars to see it, we gave up in the end. The bar area was very dark and uninviting. The bedrooms shown on their website show luxury rooms, ours certainly wasnt. The room was very cold.
The breakfast was ok.
It was one of the worst places I have ever stopped in.
The bed sheet hadn’t been changed, obviously not a mistake as the 2 top pillow cases had been laundered but the 2 underneath hadn’ been changed. I ran a wet wipe along the bed head and it was full of dust, so were the skirting boards. I ordered a fresh prawn salad, the prawns were like mush, they had no taste whatsoever, we were never approached to ask if everything was ok, it’s a shame as it’s a lovely area but
