Lovely Sunday dinner. Will be back
We went to The Green Dragon for a Sunday Lunch. From the moment we arrived the whole experience was excellent.
The staff were very welcoming and the food was of a very high standard and very enjoyable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this establishment.
Disappointing Sunday dinner.
Not as good as we had experienced there before. Very long wait for food which considering there was only 2 other diners waiting was disappointing.
There was only a choice of roast chicken or roast pork. The roast chicken was just a breast of chicken.. no stuffing either. Yorkshire’s with roast pork dinner!
Roasts, carrots, parsnips (undercooked), carrots and red cabbage.
No staff at bar when I went to pay, looked to be all out the back smoking and vaping🙄

Good food and friendly staff, will definitely go back
Very disappointed. We often have Sunday Lunch out and this was very average. Two members out of four are trying avoid carbs so asked if they could have extra vegetables instead of the roast potatoes. They seemed happy to oblige but the meal arrived with the potatoes. We asked again if they didn't mind removing the roasts and adding extra vegetables instead. When the plates returned no extra vegetable had been added. The waitress informed us that the plates already had extra vegetables on them yet it was the same as those who hadn't asked for the swap. It doesn't cost much to ensure a reasonable size portion but it was more like a child's portion. To add insult to injury the Yorkshire Pudding was cold in the middle.
