I'm trying to get my money back only after buying your voucher and calling them to book. There was misleading information about safety issues and that only after booking and paying I was sent an email telling me that no safety gloves were supplied and need to pay and extra 80 quid on the day if they were needed they said they were optional . How can a crucial element of safety especially child safety could have been left out . Not on grupon nor the advisor informed of this aspect . I asked several times for my deposits back only after 6 hours of booking due to this serious breach of lack of pre purchase safety info. Optional gloves it not I was not informed and would never have bought this product if I had know that safety gloves would cost me another 80 quid. I trust grupon will do the right thing and refund me .
