The team at PGR Pizza Grill Restaurant serves up an array of Italian flavours in the form of pizza and pasta dishes. Other menu options include a choice of burgers and a selection of grilled meats. Meals may be complemented with an extensive choice of wines and soft drinks. Dining experiences can also be upgraded with the view of the chefs who toss pizzas in the air and put them into a wood oven.
VERY GOOD SERVICE
Pizza was not the best and staff made it difficult at first regarding the viychs
Amazing pizza. We went as table of 20 and it was amazing
Quite rigid so were awkward about upgrading to a more expensive pizza of our choice and paying difference even though we ordered an expensive bottle of red to go with it. 2 different waitresses who didn't communicate with each other. Not really how to run a business. Won't return
Quick friendly service
Our sides came out over and hour before our mains and eve then we had to chase what appeared to be the manager for our mains! Other dinners has arrived after us ate and left before us!! We ended up packing our pizza and taking it home. Terrible customer service
Location was well set, decor was great, staff we very friendly.
We chose a sunny Friday evening to visit, the outdoor area was full of smokers so we opted to stay indoors, first we were put on a lovely table upstairs, it’s was too hot, the ovens and the open kitchen meant that all the hot air had risen and each table were using their menus as a fan to cool themselves down. Staff kindly relocated us downstairs, which improved the temperature. Service was slow and no one knew how to deal with the groupon voucher... maybe because it was a busy Friday.
The important part - the food, we opted to stick to Pizza, fancy Italian oven is why we were here. Party of 4, all had different pizzas and all pizzas had the same problem, too much cheese! The cheese was too over powering and the other ingredients were swapped and had no change to tickle those taste buds. The pizza itself was not authentic Italian, no 500 degree oven, no thin crisp pizza base. Also drinks, I had a Mojito and it wasn’t great and unfortunately served in the wrong glass :(
We will visit again during the week to try other items on the menu, and the atmosphere for a social was good. Sorry for the 3/5 but I have to be honest
Really bad pizza!! Just tasted so plastic with no flavour.
Took ages to have the order taken, dirty drinks glasses, they only take cash and all around the bar it was dirty & wet which ruined my bag and purse.
Really wouldn’t go here again.
