After booking an appt at the Burnopfield salon using a groupon voucher from Mother's Day, my mam was disappointed when told she couldn't use it as she'd been to the salon in the last 6months. Staff should have made her aware of this clause when she first booked-not once she'd had her done (poorly) & paid £38. After paying, she asked the receptionist when my sister had last been to the salon (2 Jan) meaning that she could at least make use of the coupon. However, when she visited on Mon 23 June she was told she'd have to pay £38 as apparently 6months hadn't passed! Now, isn't 6months from 2 Jan the 2 June? V misleading & v disappointing! We won't be returning! Expired voucher & wasted money!
