Not clear who to ring when redeemed voucher it was the wrong one voucher still hasn't been emailed through will have to call again!

Due to a technical fault with the helicopter they cancelled my flight and said they would reschedule it. It has been 3 months now, and nothing. I am very unhappy with the service they have provided and will definitely not recommend them to anyone else.
