The team at Bounce Revolution strive to reinvent workouts as they invite the Derby community to bounce. The centre organises sessions for children and adults, and plays host to birthday parties. Guests can visit the on-site cafe to enjoy a light meal and drink, as well as accessing the parking area.
Disappointed from the get go. Waited 10 mins at reception then had to go and find staff myself. Disorganised, safety briefing lasted about 30 seconds. No toilet paper for my daughter in toilets, told to use disabled toilet to find flush didn’t work. Good job we were first to use it. Place was in poor state of repair, I lent on entranceway to football section and it fell apart exposing metal framework and bolts. Have been to more reasonably priced trampolines park that were much better. No method of complaining on site and only an information email available on website. Wouldn’t recommend. Use other trampoline park in derby and you will have a much better experience
Very good fun for my kids and their friends
Great place, lots of activities for children and adults alike!!
Don’t go here, it’s disgusting, unhygienic, unsafe, staff are rude, manager is worse and the roof leaks!!
Brilliant for the 11 year olds I took, they enjoyed tge tower jump, gladiator and total wipe out tge best., There was also a few bits that my 9 month old could go on (with my direct supervision of course) there were some Jumparoos and a mini ball tent/ tunnel and a little ones soft play area so that was more than we expected and was a fab touch.
Good place for the kids to burn off some energy
The staff were brilliant and very friendly, and were helpful when I wanted to go in an hour earlier than my booking. Booking and redeeming my groupon voucher were really easy. However the set up of the building means there is limited seating in the cafe and this meant it wasn’t difficult to get a seat and I couldn’t watch my children while they were bouncing. My little girl also had an incident where she felt intimidated by some other children and was crying, and because I couldn’t see her I didn’t know she was upset and not playing. Although the staff that were working were great there didn’t seem to be enough of them, one member of staff was operating two things which meant queuing for each thing for a while. However it was great value for money with the groupon.
As a Grannie, I took my three grandchildren on bounce revolution session for 4 with a Groupon voucher. I even went on myself. but have to admit I wasn't as active as them ! Great value for money, as I also got a further 10% off with a Groupon offer. Sessions are an hour long, but after an hour and a half and with no one asking us to leave, we came off thoroughly exhausted ! Would recommend bounce revolution to anyone. Many thanks.
I went in to book as I work locally and the phone lines were always engaged but once in there the staff were very helpful. Kids had a great time while I relaxed in the cafe and good service and prices in there too and you can see all around the venue.
All smooth once I managed to get through to sort bookinv
