First established in Soho in 1926, Patisserie Valerie follows artisanal baking traditions brought to London by Belgian-born Madam Valerie, whose mission was to introduce continental patisserie to the English. Now boasting over 120 venues nationwide, the company adorns its cafes with the 1950s-inspired decor and serves up an array of freshly-made cakes, craft pastries, breakfasts, lunches, coffees and loose-leaf teas. Their specialities include meticulously-crafted croissants and viennoiseries, as well as homemade Italian-style gelato.
Delicious afternoon tea. Really good service offering more drinks and making sure everything was ok
bought it as a gift but the couple loved it
Fantastic brunch, cooked perfectly. Friendly staff who are always there if needed. Coffee is delicious, not too strong and the whole atmosphere works perfectly. Great venue for just sitting having coffee and cake, reading a newspaper or meeting friends for s chat, cannot recommend highly enough.

Loved the dinky sandwiches and cakes pleasant afternoon
Afternoon tea was excellent and served by lovely staff.
It was ok! They said if there were any sandwich fillings you wanted changed you could. We asked - didn’t get changed. We weren’t wanting any hot drinks and ordered a Diet Coke each (which we had to pay extra for and it was very expensive). Did think that could’ve just been supplemented. Overall - it was ok!
Wonderful service and food. Enjoyed our treat immensely.
