The team at Project Pie reject tradition as they dream of revolutionising pizza across the UK and Europe. Every day they create their signature 11-inch crust and populate it with a homemade red or white sauce as well as toppings chosen by the customer from a list of over 30. Shoved into a wood-stone oven, the pizza stays there for just three minutes. Their menu also features Boylan vintage soda fountains, milkshakes, brew dog craft beers and wines.
