Bella Italia prides itself on sourcing authentic Italian ingredients for their traditional cuisine. They import pasta from the Gaetarelli family near Lake Garda, tomato sauce from the Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy, and cured meats from the Fontana family. Opened in 1991, Bella Italia boasts eateries across the length and breadth of England, including the cities of London, Manchester, Leeds and Oxford. Their menu features a wide range of pizzas, pastas, and Italian Classics, with an array of wine available to pair with any dish. The restaurants' interiors are styled in a quirky Mediterranean design, with many featuring Vespas and cosy booths.
Marco pollo dish is great. Staff polite and friendly.
Food and service was excellent
Lovely food and attentive staff
Service was very slow. The waitress passed my table about 6 times in about 20ins before even acnoliging we were there. Starter and main courses took forever to come and my carbonara was all dried up like it had been sitting keeping warm for ages but my son's was lovely. I didn't complain as it was edible and i dont like to send things back ( we've all seen what can happen ) I thought it was because we had a groupon voucher but when we went order the dessert they didn't know I had one and had given us the wrong menu for the meal. The boss came over and was very apologetic about the mix up and was warm.and friendly. I had booked this week's before our break to blackpool and was really looking forward to it but came away very dissapointed with our experience.
You don’t get to use the menu everyone else is using in the restaurant. It’s basically the lower price range of food from the main menu put on a different menu given to you.
Separate menu for Groupon but plenty choice and everything we ordered was very good. Also our waitress gave e cellent friendly service.
Restaurant good, staff excellent, food nice, but they had no chicken breasts or strawberries in stock and on a previous visit where out of mushrooms cannot blame the staff who offered us free coffees, but this seems a easy thing to remedy.

Food is excellent. Be sure to double check your bill though as they messed ours up by taking £18 off our total bill instead of it being 2 2 course meals FOR £18. Good job we noticed.
Took over an hour for starters and they came without certain ingredients
