From Our Editors

Bella Italia prides itself on sourcing authentic Italian ingredients for their traditional cuisine. They import pasta from the Agnesi family, tomato sauce from the Emilia-Romagana region of northern Italy, gelato from Pizzi, and cured meats from the Fontana family. Opened in 1991, Bella Italia now boasts eateries the length and breadth of England, including the cities of London, Manchester, Leeds and Oxford. Their menu features a wide range of pizzas, pastas, antipasti boards and other classics, with an array of wine available to pair with any dish. The restaurants' interiors are styled in a quirky Mediterranean design, with many featuring Vespas and cosy booths.

Very enjoyable meal with lots of choice. Helpful waiter let us try two wines before making a choice. Great value for money.

The breakfast that you get with your group on is different to that on their menu so you are not really saving any money. I ordered vegetarian breakfast and it was awful, made up mainly of dried roast potatoes. The only good thing about it was the small glass of prosseco and the service, the waiter was friendly and polite.
