Located in the market town of Abergavenn, The Llanwenarth Hotel is a 16th century building offering easy access to the renowned Brecon Beacons National Park. Hikers may benefit from the verdant mountainous setting and explore the narrow paths, or follow the flow of Usk River to discover more local attractions. Guests are invited to en suite rooms featuring a traditional decor with warm lighting systems, classic paintings and curtains, and fitted with sitting areas and TVs. The Riverside Restaurant uses locally sourced produce and dishes up hearty plates in an informal setting with floor-to-ceiling-windows and high back chairs. Overlooking Usk River and its surrounding valley, the terrace is a convenient spot for sampling an alfresco meal with Mediterranean flavours, while the bar offers a wide range of beverages.
