Preceded by the Bellini Restaurant, the Bellini Cookery School was established over a decade ago by Gina Giubarelli and chef Angelo Cimini. The classes feature many dishes from Angelo’s home town of Villa Santa Maria, and include step-by-step instruction so meals can be created again at home. Angelo is a graduate chef of the Instituto Professionale de Alberghieri in Abruzzo, and relocated to Edinburgh after a career in Venice. Now, he teaches at the cooking school at classes covering the likes of fresh pasta and bread making.
