Located on Leith Walk, Solo Pizzeria serves up a wide array of pizzas made in a traditional wood-fired oven. They source meat, seafood and vegetables locally whenever possible, while relying on imported Mediterranean produce for preparation of dough and selected toppings, such as mozzarella, burrata and sausage. Some of the flagship offerings include the Calabrese with fresh ricotta and nduja, the diavola with spicy salami, and a vegan option featuring grilled aubergine and courgette. A variety of pasta dishes is also on offer, alongside a choice of burgers and desserts.
